Amad Diallo has expressed overwhelming support among his Manchester United teammates for the potential continuation of Michael Carrick as their head coach next season. The 44-year-old Carrick stepped in to lead the team after Ruben Amorim’s departure in January and has since successfully guided them to secure a position in the Champions League with three matches still left to play.

Among the players who have thrived under Carrick’s leadership is Kobbie Mainoo, who spoke highly of the head coach after their thrilling 3-2 victory against rivals Liverpool on Sunday, stating that players would “want to die for” him. Amad also added his endorsement, referring to Carrick as “the right man” for the job during a previous statement last month.

In an interview with Sky Sports, Amad acknowledged, “It’s not up to the players to decide who stays here, but I can say everyone is happy to have him as manager. We all support him.”
