He captured the WBO title by defeating Lawrence Okolie in 2023 but subsequently lost it to Zurdo Ramirez the following year. However, he rebounded with a victory over Brandon Glanton in April 2025. Having joined the Zuffa ranks just this month, he transitioned from his previous promoter, Ben Shalom.
