He delivered a solid performance, compiling a record of 22 wins, 10 losses, and 9 overtime losses, along with a .918 save percentage, thus making his presence known within the Avalanche organization.
Despite some perceptions that the Avalanche were hesitant to rely on him given his limited experience, the reality was that the team’s depth in goaltending created challenges for young talents like Miner to earn their stripes. However, when given the chance, Miner did not disappoint.
