Mohamed Salah recently responded to a Liverpool fan account on X, addressing what he perceived as a lack of respect for his former teammates, Luis Díaz and Darwin Núñez. The fan page, Anfield Edition, which boasts over 500,000 followers, shared a graphic depicting Díaz and Núñez alongside new signings, Alexander Isak and Florian Wirtz, accompanied by the provocative caption:
“Name a bigger upgrade in footballing history.”

This summer, both Díaz and Núñez made moves away from Liverpool, with Díaz transferring to Bayern Munich and Núñez joining Al Hilal. In their stead, Liverpool secured Isak and Wirtz, whose combined transfer fees neared £250 million, making headlines across the football world.
