On December 5, the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. will play host to the draw for the eagerly awaited 2026 FIFA Men’s World Cup. U.S. President Donald Trump made this announcement on Friday alongside FIFA President Gianni Infantino.

This World Cup promises to be historic as it marks the first time the event will be co-hosted by three countries: the United States, Canada, and Mexico, from June 11 to July 19, 2026. Notably, this tournament will also be the inaugural edition featuring 48 teams, an increase from the previous 32.
