Tampa Bay dominated the second, outshooting the Islanders 17-1. The equalizer came in the third period at 3:20, when J.J. Moser capitalized on a faceoff win by scoring after receiving a quick pass from Nikita Kucherov, who assisted on both of Moser’s goals.
