Arsenal’s manager, Mikel Arteta, confirmed that Gabriel will not only miss the highly anticipated north London derby against Tottenham this coming weekend but will also be out for several weeks.
“Gabriel, unfortunately, picked up an injury with the Brazilian national team and he’s going to be out for weeks,”
Arteta explained. He noted that further assessments are necessary, revealing that another scan is scheduled for next Wednesday, which may provide a clearer recovery timeline.
