In a thrilling contest held in Coral Gables, Florida State emerged victorious against Miami with a scoreline of 65-63, marking their sixth consecutive win over the Hurricanes. Robert McCray V was instrumental in the victory, contributing 20 points, which included two decisive free throws taken with just one second remaining on the clock.

Miami managed to tie the game at 63 with a late 5-0 run, thanks to critical free throws by Shelton Henderson and a total of three points added by Malik Reneau, but McCray’s clutch performance secured the win for the Seminoles.
