Ebanie Bridges Partners with Most Valuable Promotions

Ebanie “The Blonde Bomber” Bridges, who once held the IBF bantamweight championship, has officially partnered with Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions. Hailing from Sydney but currently residing in Sheffield, U.K., the professional boxer (with a record of 9 wins, 2 losses, and 4 knockouts) first claimed her world title in 2022 by defeating Maria Cecilia Roman. After a successful title defense, she faced a setback with a loss to Miyo Yoshida in 2023.

Return to the Ring

Following a break from boxing due to the birth of her child in February, Bridges is aiming for a return to the ring by the end of 2025.

“Ebanie is an undeniable force both in the ring and as a personality, drawing in diverse audiences to our sport,” said Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian, co-founders of Most Valuable Promotions, in a public statement. “Her accomplishments as a world champion combined with her marketability demonstrate her status as a star. We are excited to welcome another talented Australian into the MVP family and believe we can elevate her career further.”

Amateur Success and Social Media Presence

Before transitioning into a professional career in 2019, Bridges thrived as an amateur, clinching the national Golden Gloves titles in both 2016 and 2017. She also worked as a high school teacher back in New South Wales before fully committing to boxing in the United Kingdom. Additionally, Bridges enjoys significant popularity on social media, boasting over 800,000 followers on Instagram.

Thoughts on the New Partnership

Reflecting on her new partnership with MVP, the 38-year-old commented to ESPN,

“I’ve always found MVP appealing, especially with the great work Jake Paul has done for Amanda Serrano and women’s boxing. Their commitment to promoting female fighters resonates with me. I’m looking forward to collaborating with a promoter who understands my needs and can support my growth, rather than leaving me to handle promotions entirely on my own.”
