With this win, the Blue Jackets not only extended their impressive point streak to 11 games but also positioned themselves in third place in the Metropolitan Division, capitalizing on the New York Islanders’ defeat to the Ottawa Senators.

Adam Fantilli was a standout performer for Columbus, netting two goals, one of which was an empty-netter executed with just under three minutes left in the game. Rangers’ Struggles
