Charity Christmas Dinner Featuring Sheila Ebana

Lamine Yamal’s mother, Sheila Ebana, will be a guest of honor at an upcoming charity Christmas dinner scheduled for November 7 at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in London. The event, organized by JEN C Events, is being celebrated as a unique sports gala intended to make this Christmas season memorable for attendees.

Event Details

The event planners expressed their excitement, stating,

“We are thrilled to be the pioneers in collaborating with Sheila at this charity gathering.”

They promised an engaging evening that includes opportunities for guests to connect and interact with Sheila. Details of the evening remain under wraps, but organizers guarantee an exclusive experience with the mother of one of the world’s rising football stars.

Tickets for this event are priced between £130 and £289 (approximately $174 to $388.70) and offer various amenities such as a champagne welcome, a carefully curated three-course meal, continuous entertainment, a DJ, and networking opportunities with other sports figures, alongside chances for photographs.

Clarification on Sheila’s Role

While the announcement has incited some backlash against Sheila in Spain, former Real Betis player Benjamín Zarandona clarified her role in the event. In a statement to Cadena Ser, Zarandona explained how his long-standing friendship with Sheila, spurred by their shared heritage from Equatorial Guinea, led to her invitation.

“When JEN C Events reached out, they had noticed my connection with Lamine’s mother through previous photographs. They inquired if she would be available for their annual charity dinner, and I agreed to facilitate that. Ultimately, she is simply a guest and not involved in organizing the event. Some reactions to her participation have caught me off guard,”

he stated.

Lamine Yamal’s Rising Stardom

At just 18 years old, Yamal has established himself as a formidable talent in football, making waves since joining FC Barcelona at 15. He recently secured second place behind Ousmane Dembélé in the prestigious Ballon d’Or rankings, a significant accolade for any player. Throughout his burgeoning career, Yamal has already clinched two La Liga titles and contributed to Spain’s triumph in the European Championships. The forthcoming dinner not only celebrates the holiday spirit but also honors the accomplishments of this young superstar and his family.
