The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), the entity responsible for prosecuting criminal cases in England and Wales, confirmed that a thorough evaluation of evidence provided by the Metropolitan Police led to these charges. Jaswant Narwal, a representative of the CPS, stated that the organization had meticulously analyzed a substantial file regarding the allegations before authorizing prosecution.
