Real Madrid has announced that midfielder Aurélien Tchouaméni will be sidelined for approximately three weeks due to a hamstring injury. The French player, who recently played the entire 90 minutes in a Champions League match against Liverpool—which ended in a 1-0 defeat for Madrid—underwent medical evaluations following the game.

Based on the findings from the club’s medical team, it was revealed that Tchouaméni has sustained damage to the semitendinosus muscle located in his left thigh. A statement from Real Madrid confirmed the diagnosis and stated that his recovery process will be closely monitored.
