Organizational Changes at Arsenal Football Club

Arsenal Football Club has officially declared a significant organizational change as Tim Lewis steps down from his position on the board. In a move aimed at advancing the club’s objectives, Richard Garlick has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Garlick, who became part of Arsenal in 2021 as Director of Football Operations, transitioned to Managing Director prior to this latest announcement.

Leadership Transition

Josh Kroenke, co-chair of Arsenal, expressed enthusiasm about Garlick’s promotion, emphasizing his substantial contributions as Managing Director.

Kroenke stated.

The club has also conveyed its appreciation to Tim Lewis for his steadfast commitment during a transformative period for Arsenal. Board Composition Changes

In further developments, the board has undergone additional changes with the inclusion of Kelly Blaha and Otto Maly from Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) as Non-Executive Directors. They will be joined by long-time KSE advisor Dave Steiner. Moreover, Ben Winston, a passionate Arsenal supporter with over three decades of season ticket ownership, will also join as a Non-Executive Director, further diversifying the board’s composition.
